I James McWilliams the President of the Passaic County Cougars would like to welcome all the staff, parents and players for making a very important decision to become part of our cougars family.  This family believes in the two principles that this organization is model after and this is PURPOSE & CHARACTER.  The organization Purpose is to fill the void that plague our community giving kids a great opportunity to join a team that's has a Commitment to starting something new and will be very dedicated to the cause of changing lives for the better.
