Passaic County Cougars

To register with Passaic County Cougars players are required to submit the following documents:

1. A copy of their birth certificate (original birth certificate)

2. School ID (high school players )

3. Most recent Physical (player must have a valid physical on file with Passaic County Cougars).

4. Immunization records

5. Most recent report card

6. Passaic County Cougars Inc. registration form

7. Passaic County Cougars Volunteer application

8. Passaic County Cougars handbook signature page

9. American youth football national packet

10. Passport size photo – no other size photos accepted

Registration Fee Includes:

1. Insurance

2. League fee

3. Full Game Uniform (Jersey,  Pants & Socks)

4. Helmets  & Jersey

5. Practice Jersey and Practice Pants

6. Transportation for players to and from away games.

7. Officiating

8. Miscellaneous items (helmet decals, liquid refreshments etc.) The Uniform and Football Equipment remain the property of the Passaic County Cougars and is on loaned to the players. The above items have to be returned at the end of the season *Please see the equipment section for more information *

We will have the following 3 mandatory fundraisers  for the 2022 season 1) Homecoming Game “HOMECOMING”, is scheduled for the organization  4th home game. All teams  will play at.  We will like as much family and friends support as possible, please spread the word. All parents are required to support the event by brining a dish, beverage, paper products, etc. HOMECOMING also serve as picture day, so all players are to arrive on time and in full uniform  (Jersey, Pants & Socks) MAKE SURE CHILD IS CLEAN.

 

THE ORGANIZATION WILL OPERATE A CONCESSION STAND AT ALL HOME GAMES AND WILL NEED VOLUNTEERS TO OPERATE IT. DONATION AND CONTRIBUTING ARE ACCEPTED AND APPRECIATED.
